Cave Lettings application process is easy. Once you have viewed a property and want to proceed, just complete an application form and we will be in touch. All proposed tenancies are subject to referencing. (Credit, Employment, Landlord)

Deposits are lodged with the Deposit Protection Service DPS and funds lodged withing prescribed timeframes. Tenants have their own unique Deposit ID. The DPS can be accessed by using this web address www.depositprotection.com
