Everyone is aware of some of the national providers of Block Management services, charging leaseholders excessive management fees, with high mark ups on services provided or not even provided, a lack of transparency on how charges are arrived at, poor or none existent channels of communication, all combined with unacceptable service and a complete disregard for the leaseholder. At Cave Lettings we have seen this first hand as we have to deal with these service providers and the fallout on a first-hand basis to look after the interests of our landlords.

At Cave Lettings, in addition to offering our Residential Letting Management services to our landlords, we also offer the wider, more specialist service of Block Management. Our service is professional, reliable, affordable and personal. Every block we manage has its own dedicated property manager, who will know and understand the site and its requirements at an intimate level. In addition we are ready to assist with any queries or concerns raised on a day to day basis.

Our approach is to sit down with our clients and understand their exact requirements, devise a service level that meets this, deliver it to a budget and achieve this with complete transparency on all costs. Our preference is open book invoicing with no mark ups; we simply charge a management fee for overseeing the services you have agreed and are paying for.
